An easy 4km walk while the night sets in. We might spot some glowworms along the way and listen to the frogs guiding us to our stargazing spot.

Watch the stars, planets and galaxies through professional telescopes and astronomer David will teach you all there is to know about the universe. A unique journey into the night.

ABOUT THIS WALK:
– location depends on humidity at night (either Westcoast or forest of Barao de Sao Joao)
– dirt track

– easy climbs and descends

– circular route

DISTANCE: 4km

DURATION: 3hrs

LEVEL: easy

MEETING POINT: depends on humidity (exact location will be shared on google maps)

AVAILABILITY: from May until October

Tuesday & Thursday (check the limited dates)

INCLUDED:

– professional guidance in English, Dutch and German

– insurance

– picture-video compilation

– use of professional telescopes and knowledge provided by astronomer

WHAT TO BRING:

– water (1,5L recommended)

– comfortable shoes with decent profile on the bottom

– windproof jacket or sweater (especially it gets really cold in the evening)
